Medicare Supplement Insurance, or Medigap, is standardized across the nation, exempting Massachusetts, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Each of the 10 plans available has its own letter, with current plans being A, B, C, D, F, G, K, L, M, and N. These plans are all offered through private insurance companies. However, each plan of the same letter must offer the exact same benefits, despite the insurer or location.
