After I am on Medicare, can I use HSA money for medical expenses without paying taxes on it?
Yes, you can use Health Savings Account (HSA) money that is already in your account for tax-free medical expenses after you are enrolled in Medicare. This includes premiums for Medicare Part B and Part D, as well as Medicare Advantage. HSA money cannot be used for Medicare Supplement insurance (Medigap).

Keep in mind that you may no longer contribute to an HSA after enrolling for Medicare.
